Current offers
Every condition is on the card. Nothing lives in a footnote you find out about in the driveway.
One accessible drain or main line, cleared. Camera check included free where the line is accessible.
Offer applies to one accessible drain or main line at a residential property in our service area, cleared via cable from an existing accessible cleanout, up to 100 feet of line. Camera check included where the line is accessible. Does not include hydro jetting, root cutting, cleanout installation, or repair of a damaged or collapsed line — if we find any of those, you get a written price before we do further work and you may decline. One offer per visit. Cannot be combined with other offers.
Credit toward a new unit if the one you have is 7 years or older. We haul the old one away.
Credit of $200 applies to the purchase and installation of a new water heater by us, where the unit being replaced is 7 years or older. Haul-away of the old unit included. Credit is applied to the invoice and has no cash value. One credit per unit replaced. Cannot be combined with other offers.
Whole-home system, installation included. Valley water is what kills your water heater early.
$1,000 off the installed price of a whole-home water softener system supplied and fitted by us. Requires an accessible softener loop or drain connection; where one has to be added, that work is quoted separately before we start. Price shown is after the discount. One offer per property. Cannot be combined with other offers.

What we don't add to it:
Honest limits: if there's no accessible cleanout, or we find roots or a collapsed line, it becomes a quote — and you hear that number before we do any more work. Why we started this
Anyone who has worked in this trade has watched a customer get handed a bill at the end of a job that had nothing to do with what they were told at the start. That is the entire reason this company exists.
So we do it the other way round. The price goes to you in writing before anyone picks up a tool. If we can't fix it, you don't pay us for trying. And yes — the van really is pink.
What that means on the day
Membership
$99 a year. It pays for itself the first time something goes wrong.
Questions people actually ask
Most Phoenix plumbers charge $70–$145 an hour on a standard call and $145–$285 after hours, plus a service-call fee of roughly $100–$250. We don't bill hourly. Our service call is $59 and it's waived when you approve the work, drain cleaning is $99, and a 40-gallon gas water heater starts at $1,295 installed. Full price list.
No. Same flat rate at 2am on a Sunday as at 10am on a Tuesday. Most Phoenix companies roughly double their hourly rate after hours — we don't have an hourly rate to double.
It's a fair question — the biggest company in this market publishes an article saying offers like ours are bait. Their argument is that $99 only covers the first stretch of line, then per-foot charges start, then trip and equipment and after-hours fees stack on top.
So here's ours in full: $99 covers one accessible drain or main line up to 100 feet, with the camera check included free. No trip fee, no stairs fee, no equipment fee, no after-hours rate. If there's no accessible cleanout, or we find roots or a collapsed line, it becomes a quote — and you get that number before we do anything else. See the whole thing written out.
We're open 24 hours a day, seven days a week — including nights, weekends and holidays, all at the same flat rate. Same-day for most calls, and we take burst pipes, no water and sewage backups around the clock. Call (602) 556-5179 and you'll get a real arrival window, not "sometime today".
Yes — licensed, bonded and insured, Arizona ROC #367442 (R-37R). You can look that number up on the Arizona Registrar of Contractors site before you let anyone into your house, and you should do that with every contractor you call.
$59 to come out and diagnose it, and we take it off the bill the moment you approve the work. If we can't fix the problem, you don't pay it at all. Pinky Promise Club members never pay it.
Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, Mesa, San Tan Valley and Tempe. We're a mobile business — we come to you, there's no counter to visit.
Not after you approve it. We look at the job, text you the price in writing, and that's the number you pay. If we open something up and the job turns out to be different, we stop and re-quote before doing the work — you're never told about a change after it's already been done.
Let's get it fixed
