We got tired of the

Anyone who has worked in this trade has watched a customer get handed a bill at the end of a job that had nothing to do with what they were told at the start. That is the entire reason this company exists.
So we do it the other way round. The price goes to you in writing before anyone picks up a tool. If we can't fix it, you don't pay us for trying. And yes — the van really is pink.

Questions people actually ask
Straight answers.
Most Phoenix plumbers charge $70–$145 an hour on a standard call and $145–$285 after hours, plus a service-call fee of roughly $100–$250. We don't bill hourly. Our service call is $59 and it's waived when you approve the work, drain cleaning is $99, and a 40-gallon gas water heater starts at $1,295 installed. Full price list.
No. Same flat rate at 2am on a Sunday as at 10am on a Tuesday. Most Phoenix companies roughly double their hourly rate after hours — we don't have an hourly rate to double.
It's a fair question — the biggest company in this market publishes an article saying offers like ours are bait. Their argument is that $99 only covers the first stretch of line, then per-foot charges start, then trip and equipment and after-hours fees stack on top.
So here's ours in full: $99 covers one accessible drain or main line up to 100 feet, with the camera check included free. No trip fee, no stairs fee, no equipment fee, no after-hours rate. If there's no accessible cleanout, or we find roots or a collapsed line, it becomes a quote — and you get that number before we do anything else. See the whole thing written out.

$59 to come out and diagnose it, and we take it off the bill the moment you approve the work. If we can't fix the problem, you don't pay it at all. Pinky Promise Club members never pay it.
